 cant hard reset in manual (hand)

how to:

To reset in DIAG just insert usb cable and no need hold volume up&down and the phone is on.

(if nothing happen tik power off button to power off the phone  but don't remove cable) see success format (:

For FRP find hot 30i as shown in picture and use 

Unlock Tool software see procedure below.
